The term Lexloci is Latin for 'Law of the Place', defined here to be Cognizance in the Context of
Condition, or awareness in the circumstances of the planetary or terrestrial
place. Law means here the character of Condition called Philosophy, the Interpretation of Context of the
Condition called here Psychology, and
the nature of Cognizance called here
Metaphysics, as sentient awareness in the Context of Condition. This web site is original theory posted as it proceeds, with much of its exploratory avenues left in place.
This is a synopsis of Philosophy. This is a synopsis of
Psychology. The Metaphysical section is still in
formation and is found here: Metaphysics.

Conservative Spirituality is defined to mean that the natural world possesses an inherent integrity of existence, that is defined as a characteristic of
Spirituality , as opposed to
Religious Materialism . All natural change is considered to promote
the existence of this spiritual state by continuous regeneration, as an already complete and perfect part and whole, in exact or near like form. The natural world is considered the authority for human activity and behavior and is characterized by what is termed
Natural Law . The perspective of human conduct is said to be
Ethical , which emphasizes prohibitions upon alternative human created states, as opposed to volitional alternatives to nature.

Progressive Materialism means that
everything physical is considered to contain no inherent consequence in and of
itself, and thus can be used as material for human created states and the creation of
Excess and Profit . The authority for human activity and behavior
is a dualistic system of consequence, demonstrated by the concept of the
Dyadic Authoritative Comparative , that illustrates the criterion for the validity of the existence of any entity, and the way all consequence is assessed. This is determined by the degree to which any given entity corresponds to models of development and perfection. In terms of human conduct, Progressive Materialism emphasizes
Morality , which promotes human volition as opposed to prohibitions. Futher overview is found in the dissertations
, Synopsis and
Consequence .
