POLITICS


Government is necessary to the human condition where cooperation and coordination is necessary to produce conditions and objectives beyond the means of small groups and individuals such as defense, police, fire, transportational facilities, energy or water. [sp]

Government:


Government is an internal body of individuals within a larger aggregation, that represent, administer, organize and direct purposes and objectives for the citizens of a greater social body, that inhabit some circumscribed territorial boundary.

Socialism:


Government by definition is Socialist. This means that the purpose and objective of government is to act for the larger community as a whole. Government assets and purposes are owned, and are to serve the community in common, as a nonprofit organization. Government acts as a unifying authority for all the diverse individuals and interests in the society as a whole. [sp]

Government exists through the auspices of various types of collected taxation and fees applied to individuals and business, and redistributed through various agencies it creates and maintains for the purpose of promoting the welfare of the community as a whole. Governments are contained within larger governmental entities like town, city, province or county, state, national or federal agencies. [sp]

Politics:


Politics is essentially the argument as to what and who the government should represent. Political parties are created by both altruistic and self-interested groups to promote their agendas through government. Thus various kinds of governments are identified and defined based on the means in which governments are constituted and used to promote specific agendas. [sp]

Government agendas can be said to essentially be of two types or Socialist and Authoritarian. The socialist model is constituted to represent the concept of a Whole, wherein all or most of the citizens are considered as various aspects of one entire integrated organ, and which today are generally constituted as parliamentary systems. Authoritarian administrations as government constituted for benefit the few, such as Oligarchy, Monarchy, Totalitarianism or Theocracy. However actual governments as constituted historically, rarely conform to the socialist archetype, and have throughout recorded history most often corresponded to Authoritarian models. [sp]

Whole:


Government constituted on the concept the Whole is called Socialism, wherein the purpose and function of the Whole is defined as to produce qualities, conditions, results and products internal to itself, or internal to its jurisdiction as the entire community. This is the creation and maintenance of all government functions which the community may use in common, like roads and bridges, water, sewage, police, fire and parks. A Whole is defined by the products produced internal to itself as the entire environment engendered within. [sp]

Conservative:


The dynamic of a Whole is said to to be Conservative, which would mean that because the products the Whole produces is internal to itself, its natural inclination would be to preserve what it produces by the continuance, maintenance of the character of the community, culture and standards in a same or similar condition and to preserve itself in exact and near-like form continuously. [sp]

Internal Authority:


In the case of a Whole, when the authority for the products produced is internal to itself it is called Internal Authority which would be the environment shared by the community internal to the Whole. To the extent that this environment affects everyone equally is to the extent that everyone shares and is equal in that experience. [sp]

Part:


Government defined as Authoritarian is said to be analogous to the concept of the Part, the function of which is to produce products external to itself. A Part depends for its function on external purpose and meaning, as producing products that serve a larger Whole outside itself. The lungs serve the large body. In terms of Politics this product is called the Authoritative Imperative which are Comparative Standards as superior authority like God, personality icons or money, to which by comparison everyone is evaluated and to which everyone is to conform. Thus every individual is to serve higher authority, as producing products external to themselves, as corresponds to the authoritarian imperatives and models like the bible, superior racial characteristics, breeding, purpose or pop-culture identity. Government conforming to the dynamic of a the Part means the function and purposes of government are usurped by and for the benefit of the few, to serve higher exemplars; and those that administer and maintain those are sub-cultures with interests that are primarily self-serving and antithetical to the general population, and who define themselves as exceptional and superior to the common character. [sp]

Progressive:


Superior performance should garner superior reward. Self-serving imperatives antithetical to the general population is justified by Progressive superiority, like more money, education and the freedoms wealth provide, and that which exempts these from the duties and responsibilities undertaken by the general community as a Whole, and allows them superior advantages of every kind. [sp]

External Authority:


The authority for the existence of the Part is products produced external to itself called External Authority. In terms of politics this product is to contribute to Authoritative Imperatives, as externalities or elite social bodies distinct from the commonality of the Whole, and which influence or coerce the whole body politic to their own independent ends. In democratic oligarchies, the average individual is said to be capable of achievement to Authoritative Imperatives, as anybody can be president, but in reality except in very rare cases the proposition is an absolute myth. [sp]

Political Identity:


The concept of the Identity and the Ego are said to be the two primary means in which the individual interprets the world through what is called Interpretive Context. Interpretive Context is any given subject as context, which is interpreted by the selection of specific associations from the myriad of possibilities available in the memory. The abstract painting may be associated with children's art, pure mood, the biography of the artist, the opinions of critics or personal feeling of the abstraction. [sp]

Ego Interpretation:


Ego interpretation is the assessment of reality through the context of the individual's body, as everything that affects the sensory apparatus, generally as the ingestion of all sensation, feeling, impression and stimuli. The contemplation of alcohol might be assessed as to how it will affect one's driving, or how one dresses for the weather. Because everyone has a sensory system which is fairly similar, Ego interpretation is said to be universal to everyone and more similar than not. [sp]

Socialism as government, wherein the purpose and function of the Whole is defined as to produce qualities, conditions, results and products internal to itself as benefits its citizen, would be said to be correspondent to Ego interpretation, as an equivalent universality of shared experience. Government would help to produce a community environment with an equality of living standards, esthetics, rights, access to government or quality of life. Socialism is governed by Internal Authority where these products are internal to itself. [sp]

Identity Interpretation


Identity interpretation means the interpretation of reality through the created contexts of the mind as personalities. Identities are created by the mind, of which any number can be created like so many email personas, and which is called Interpretive Personification. Identities are usually created to achieve objectives, such as the doctor for the purpose of curing illness, or the teacher to educate children, or the business degree to make money. [sp]

Identity interpretation is the assessment of reality not through the context of the body, but rather how specific character personifications should and would interpret reality, as the artist by form and color, the engineer by utility, or developer by profit. Thus authority for Identity interpretation is external to the individual's body and Ego, and is adopted in accordance with objectives or ambitions as created by the mind. He took for an Identity the imitation of father, mother, movie-star or sports figure. [sp]

The creation of Identities is usually called Individuation. Identities may be created which correspond or conflict with the body. Party-going did not accord to the person's shy and reticent personality. Identities may be created which agree and correspond or disagree and conflict with others. The Identities of teacher and student will tend to be agreeable to each other. The Identities of rich and poor however might be quite antagonistic. [sp]

Identity interpretation is said to be the source of Authoritarianism, where the authority for the Identity is external to the body and Ego as created by the mind. When the Identity is based on Authoritative Imperatives as superior personifications to the average, and to which the individual is to correspond such as to aspire to wealth, or elites in correspondence use for privilege, the Authoritative Imperative is authoritarian. Law:


The dynamic and purpose of Law is Conservative, which means rules of conformance intended to produce consistent qualities and conditions internal to government's constituency, to avoid social friction and provide a smooth operating infrastructure, as conformance to universal standards, such as property and criminal law, weights and measures, zoning laws or traffic management. [sp]

Convention:


Law is defined as unwritten called Convention and government mandate called Codified. Convention is generally unwritten rule and law representing rules most people abide by as unwritten and consentual agreements which dictates comportment. Convention is called Internal Authority, wherein individual discretion may be used as to the application of it employment based on situation and circumstance. One would not wait for a green cross walk signal if there was no apparent traffic. Convention is also known as custom, etiquette, decorum, manners, formality, propriety or understanding. Since Internal Authority would be said to be the dynamic of Socialist government, the internal authorization of Convention would be the primary means of social conformance. Those feeling they and the community are the same and equal and thus possessing a community identity, would voluntarily know and obey the conventions of the society without enforcement by external authorities. Every individual represents the community as a whole. This would be called a Community Identity, wherein the individual would comport themselves in accordance with the community standards, as the Germans pride themselves in cleanliness and the Americans in freedom. Codified Law:


Codified law is mandated by government and enforced by constabulary, courts and prisons. To the extent that the citizens of a constituency are unequal, alienated or ostracized is to the extent that codified law must take precedent over and above Convention and become Authoritarian, wherein the citizens do not entirely embrace the law. Codified law is called External Authority as external to the discretion and perhaps agreement of the individual, but is to be obeyed at all times. [sp]

Authoritarian governments are based on a ruling elite and thus there must exist elitist standards of deportment. The ruling elite as considering themselves superior would rule themselves by Convention. The common citizen considered inferior and incapable of self deportment would be ruled by Codified law, wherein the Convention as applicable to the ruling classes would even be hidden and thus inaccessible and enforcing exclusion. [sp]

Economics:


Economic function can be said to be owned by government or by private individuals and organizations. This can be generalized as Socialism as non-profit and Capitalism as for private profit. An eternal political argument is how much economy should be controlled by government and how much by private interests. Total government economic control is called Communism, and must always take the form of Socialist fascism, since it is too extreme and subject to control by the few. Total control by private capitalists, because wealth and power concentrates, always results in Authoritarian governments for the few eventually. [sp]

Thus the argument is how much of the economy should be controlled by government and how much by private interests. Socialists might have it that everything that every citizen uses in common should be owned and operated by the government, which might include such as fuel, energy, water, sewage, communications, food, health, unemployment and welfare, roads and bridges and retirement, which may or may be supplemented by private enterprise. Capitalists might have it that nothing should be owned by the government, even though they depend on government for roads, police, fire, law courts, and currency as well as a host of other services. [sp]

The primary problem of privately owned economies is the tendency to concentrated ownership, exclusivity and exacerbated class division. Most private individuals want to become as rich as possible which produces exclusivity in and of itself. Wealth must be a private protectorate, as to preserve it from the community at large, and thus its possession must separate itself from the general community as a Part or external elite authority. Wealth concentrates and the wealthy become exclusive and use their wealth to influence government to favor their exclusivity, which is really necessary to preserve their way of life. A mixed economy is always the best where the government is Socialist and Conservative and private interest is Capitalist and Progressive. The question is how much Conservative and how much Progressive? [sp]

Community Consensus:


Government is a necessity in all but the most remote of places. The question is always, who will control the government, those for the community as a whole or those for private interests. Socialist government as in the interest of the whole, would require Community Consensus in some form and ratio of referendum, called democratic Socialism. This means government from the ground up or recommendations, suggestions and advocacy from the people to the administrators. Communism must necessarily proceed from the top down, since the object is the coordination of the social order to conform to mandated prescription, such as one child per couple to enforce a specific population size. Government controlled by private interests is only interested in Community Consensus to the extent that it agrees with their self-interested agendas, and helps them control the general population against that population's own interests. This is because private interests must suppress the general population to maintain an upper and lower strata of the superior elite and inferior ordinary which for the rich defines their Consequence. [sp]

Class:


Class is the distinctions in individual Consciousness as produced by unequal economic resources, as what one will consider as of Consequence based on the social access one has to the various private and government agencies of prevalence and power. Generally there is considered to be four classes as Lower, Middle, Upper Middle and Ruling Class. However in the Progressive Materialist system there could be added two others as the Untouchable and Elite classes. These last two represent Additory Subtractive Base as evaluative comparative scale in which the value of individual worth is assessed between Antithetical Matrix and Paradigm Ideal as from zero to ten. Essentially class is a gradient between these two poles. [sp]

Communism was touted to be capable of the classless society, which did not seem to materialize. Every society and culture consists in classes. The greater the diversity of Identities, as with ever more complex societies and the accordant divisions of labor and ownership, the more overt is the class system. It was customary in Japan in olden times to keep possessions of status interior to one's abode, where externally most houses were relatively modest and the same, and thus in the exterior community everyone could feel relatively equal. [sp]

Socialism as the community owned assets of government means everyone theoretically owns equally those assets, and thus insofar as community owned property is concerned, individuals with equal access can possess an attitude of classlessness as exampled by any free government owned park. Sell that park to private interests and in all liklihood no trespassing signs will go up. Private ownership as pertains to one's degree of wealth is classes of affordability, access of which depends on one's means to money, which is generally tiered and exclusionary. [sp]

Four Classes:


Historically four primary categories of socio-economic classes are recognized as the Warrior, Merchant, Priest and Worker classes. These classes could be further associated to the Tarot and Astrology. [sp]

Swords would be correlated with Nobility and Military, Fire, Aries, Leo, Sagittarius, Creativity and Energy. The Rider-Waite tarot as the most popular and therefore adhered to most everyone has it that swords is rods and Air. This would mean that the Aquarian Age is swords. Think this is nonsense and thus here Swords as Warriors is fire and Rods as the workers is air. [sp]

Pentacles would be associated with Merchants, Earth, Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, body and possessions. [sp]

Cups would be Priests and Clergy, Water, Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, Emotions and Love. [sp]

Wands would represent Peasantry, Air, Gemini, Libra, Aquarius, Reason and Will. [sp]

Each of these classes would be theorized to comport to four political systems, or Warrior Class in the fashion of military dictatorship and fascism; the Merchant Class in the fashion of oligarchy and democracy; the Priest Class as fascist theocracy, and the Worker Class as Socialism and Communism. [sp]

Warrior Class:


Each of these classes would be said to be governed by a psychology of Consequential Authority. The Consequential Authority for the Warrior Class would be Enemies. Without Enemies there is no need for warriors, and thus there must be a propensity to create them. Where the Consequence of the individual depends upon the Identity, the Consequence of the Warrior would depend upon the existence of Enemies. Traditionally the Warrior Class has ruled most political systems, which by the nature of the Consequential Authority, has a propensity for war footing, with potential enemies everywhere internal and external. The political system will tend to be autocratic appropriate to a military mentality of uniform conformance. [sp]

Psychology:


The psychology of Consequential Authority of the Warrior Class is Identity orientation, wherein a model Identity as Paradigm Ideal is required conformance. This may be some combinations of national, racial, religious, ideological, educational, cultural or political Identities. Those who do not correspond to the Identity Ideal are suspect and may be deemed enemies of the society. The job of the Warrior Class is to preserve and protect the Paradigm Identity intellectually, emotionally and physically through force. Thus the whole of the general community should conform to a uniform stereotypical Identity. The Warrior Caste would be governed by External Authority which means a class independent of the general population as higher elite special protectors. [sp]

Evaluative Assessment:


Evaluative Assessment of the Warrior Caste, as based on enemies is the psychology of negative evaluation, in which individual consequence is established as something more or added from, as negative base or so many degrees better which in this case as so many degrees better than the enemy. [sp]

Reasoning:


For the Warrior Class all argument proceeds from the logic of Authority Reasoning, wherein reasoning, as the selection of supporting evidence, must conform to pre-existing authority, as Paradigm Ideal either religious or secular. Associated professions of the Warrior Class are: arms and related materials industries, security, espionage, police and criminal justice and every kind of criminal enterprise which uses retaliation against perceived enemies, as justification for the profits of criminality. [sp]

Economics:


The Warrior Class would include hunters, clans and war-lords, military and police, the law, judicial systems, lawyers, incarceration, body-guards or any of the hooligan, bandit, pirate and gangster classes, rebels, revolutionaries and terrorists. The economics of the Warrior Caste is traditionally Capitalist, where professional soldiers are hired by the ruling classes and private interests as guardians and as mercenaries to pilfer the properties of others. The economics of the Warrior Caste when a legitimate agency of society and government as police and military is Socialism, when they are funded by the collective community tax payer, which is a fairly modern development in which secret ruling classes fund their exploits in the guise of patriotism and nationalism. When the Warrior Caste acts independently or uses government for illegitimate purposes it engages in free enterprise as security for private interests and the like and illegal activity such as criminal gangs. Illegitimate gangsterism of course is laissez-faire capitalism. [sp]

Priest Class:


The Consequential Authority for the Priest Class would be the Soul. The Soul represents the essence of individual's assessed human Consequence as both a physical and non-physical entity, which is determined by comparison to non-physical Paradigm Ideal or Extra Mundane Ideal, such as Gods, angels or demons. The Priest Caste takes two forms defined as Religion which would be governed by External Authority, which would mean that deities would be external to the individual and environment. This would be distinct from Spirituality said to be governed by Internal Authority meaning that deities would inherent in the self and the environment. [sp]

Psychology:


The psychology of Consequential Authority of the Priest Class is Identity Oriented, same as is the Warrior Class. This refers to monotheistic materialist Religion, as opposed to Spirituality. Religion is defined as the acceptance of Extra Mundane Authority independent of the natural world, which can only be known to mind, and that takes the form of Paradigm Ideal as perfected Identities, to which the individual is expected to correspond. Those that do not correspond and and do not convert are considered to have imperfect souls, of which it is the duty of the Priest Class to rectify. Thus all persons should conform to one archetype Identity in the form of Extra Mundane Ideal. [sp]

Evaluative Assessment:


The evaluative assessment for Religion both subtracts from extra mundane deities and adds from anything natural considered as inferior to godly perfection called Bipolar Consequence evaluated by the system of Dyadic Authoritative Comparative. Spirituality would be deemed as Conservative meaning assessment of Consequence would be by Optimum Correspondence where Consequence is defined as inherent in the pre-existent nature of any given natural entity and specific value is assessed as more or less than optimum. [sp]

Reasoning:


The logic of the Priest Class, is the same as the Warrior Class, as Authority Reasoning, where all argument must support Authority as Extra Mundane Ideal or the perfection of God and God's representatives. The associated professions of the Priest Class are Shamans, church leaders and every kind of church official, education, teaching, aspects of health, education, religious scholars. [sp]

Economics:


The economics of the Priest Caste is Socialism, since they rely primarily on donations from the community as a form of tax for salvation and good works, wherein the church acts as government in of itself providing charity, advice, redemption and ceremonial functions. The Priest Class would include such as any church workers, teachers, any occupation concerning religion, spirituality, the occult, philanthropy, charity workers or social welfare. [sp]

Merchant Class:


The Consequential Authority for the Merchant Class would be property, which would consist in any material asset such as land, raw and capital resources, production, industry, products and merchandise, wealth and prosperity. Where the Consequence of the individual as an Identity depends upon the possession of property, the Consequence of the Merchant would accord to the amount of property possessed. Historically systems of government as controlled by Merchant classes are the most free and democratic of the four caste systems, since commerce and trade require freedom of movement, expression and tolerance of foreign entities for business sake. However while it can be the most democratic, it has a tendency to oligarchy since wealth concentrates. The economic system is Progressive Capitalism. [sp]

Psychology:


The psychology of Consequential Authority of the Merchant Class is Ego oriented, which means the Consequential Authority for the individual is the physical environment and social community as experienced by the body. Since the Consequential Authority is property, the physical environment as the building and maintenance of the physical community, like any town or city, and social relationships necessary for a social community, dedicated to sophisticated structural and cultural communities would be tantamount, and would comprise the success of the Merchant Classes. [sp]

Evaluative Assessment:


The evaluative assessment for the Merchant Caste uses the system of Bipolar Consequence, in which the natural world, which must be used as material for property is assessed as possessing little or no value in and of itself, to which consequence is added by material assets as property. Value is also subtracted from the highest and most superior degrees of property and consequence is established as something between the natural and the developed. [sp]

Reasoning:


The type of logic necessary to the Merchant Class is Foundation Reasoning defined as grounds, foundation, facts, evidence and premises as given and collected that proceeds and from which conclusion is derived. The success of all commercial relations as trade, commerce, manufacture and sales depends upon correct and accurate information and logical conclusion. Incorrect assessments of material conditions will result in failed commercial enterprise. [sp]

Economics:


The economics of the Merchant Caste is free-enterprise, barter and Capitalism. The Merchant Caste would be governed by External Authority, which means the desire to become elite external to the general community. Unregulated free enterprise produces winners and losers such that money and property concentrates producing oligarchy, which descends into government constituted for the purpose of the ruling class to the exclusion of the majority. The Merchant Class is Progressive which means the object is Excess and Profit as the accumulation of ever more material assets. The associated professions of the Merchant Class are traders, finance, material resources, manufacturing and industry, construction, trade and commerce, politicians, lawyers, banking and aspects of education. [sp]

Worker Class:


Wands would represent Peasantry, Air, Creativity and Energy. The Consequential Authority for the Worker Class would be family and community. The Worker Class provides the skilled and unskilled labor as construction and maintenance for every level of the function of physical society, no mater the controlling political caste. Because the worker class is on the lowest economic rung, generally lacking access to higher economic realms, the emphasis of Consequence lies with the family and community. The Consequence of the individual, as with the Merchant Class, is Ego oriented, which means the Consequential Authority for the individual is the physical environment and social community as experienced by the body. [sp]

Psychology:


The psychology of Consequential Authority of the Working Caste is Ego oriented, since the Consequential Authority for the individual is community and family in which bodies are in constant interaction. The Worker Caste produces with labor every aspect the physical infrastructure of community and maintains it. Labor is the utilization of the body and which requires Ego Interpretation. [sp]

Evaluative Assessment:


The evaluative assessment for the Worker Caste uses the system of Optimum Correspondence, wherein the best condition and working order of an entity, institution, organization, structure or environment corresponds to it Optimum condition in which value is assessed as less or more of optimum. [sp]

Reasoning:


The logic of the Worker Class is Foundation Reasoning as a commonalty with the Merchant Caste, where there exists the necessity to a correct and accurate assessments of one's immediate reality engaged in the work of labor. Much of what the Worker Class does is the construction and maintenance of the physical infrastructure which requires correct assessment, reasoning and logical analysis. [sp]

Economics:


The economics of the Worker Caste is small Capitalism as traditionally the peasant farmer, the farmers market and labor, and Socialism, where family and community is best served. Associated professions: All trades and crafts, labor, worker, builder employees and managers and every occupation which is not Warrior, Merchants and owners or Priests. [sp]

Aquarian Age:


For those that would give credence to astrological science, the full affect of the Aquarian Age is said to assume full affect in December of 2012, and which will have a duration of 2150 years. Another theory would have that what is going to change is the location of the strength of presently existing power spots. Power spots are terrestrial energy centers sometimes thought of as World Centrex or center of the world. The most powerful spots of the western world in past times might be such as the prymids of Egypt, Jerusalem, Athens, Istanbul and would correlate to great civilization centers and world empire. If one considers the places of greatest power at present, they would be Rome and the headquarters of the Catholic Church, London which until recently was the empire of the world, and now Washington DC.

As the Picean Age just transited, it could be said to have been dominated by the Priest Caste.......................Soul.......and Identity oriented ......... The Aquarian Age would be theorized to Ego oriented......Ego oriented, which means the Consequential Authority for the individual is the physical environment and social community as experienced by the body. The Aquarian Age would be considered to be the province of the Worker Caste as family and community

The existent ruling classes will fight to maintain their ........and will hold on to their holdings for a time. They may fold into the new paradigm as did the Roman ruling class fold into the new Christian..........orthodoxy.

which makes governed by an Internal Whole as Conservative Socialistic.... Socialism small capitalism and Conservative.......... it would be speculated to produce affects that would tend to cause political changes for humanity at large. ..........Aquarian Age......... in terms of a picture of political and complimentary cultural future.......... The advent of the Aquarian Age is said that it will produce Wands would represent Peasantry, Air, Gemini, Libra, Aquarius, Reason and Will.

Authoritative Imperative:


Authoritarian governments are always premised on the concept of the Authoritative Imperative, as superior standards to which Consequence is determned by comparison. The Authoritative Imperative is defined as two fundamental standards of comparison called Extra Mundane Authority as montheistic religious edicts from God and Metaphysical Ideal as secular superiorities as higher degrees of property, wealth, power, position and education.

Extra Mundane Authority:


The Extra Mundane is the religious authority of monotheism, wherein human affairs and culture are to parallel the conceptions of how any given singular God would have it, and thus the government is to promote this Authority. This form of government is called Theocracy and exists in the present day as primarily governments where Islam is the majority religion.

Metaphysical Ideal:


The Metaphysical Ideal is the secular Authoritative Imperative based primarily on material attributes. These usually involve the progressive accumulation of material properties usually as land, wealth and power. Governments of the Metaphysical Ideal include such as Monarchy as secular representative of Extra Mundane, Aristocracy as hereditary exceptionalism, Totalitarian military models, Oligarchy and Plutocracy both of which derive from merchant and capitalist dominated government, and democratic dictatorship wherein elections are allowed but power is the province of the ruling class.

Authoritarian governments must be authoritarian because of the inherent inequality of the External Authority, between the rulers and common citizens, to which the subjects will sooner or later rebel. The Government must be created and or maintained by force, remumeration and extortion, and the control of the common mentality.

In terms of politics and human relations the Authoritative Imperative allows for the exploitation, mass murder, theivery and crime of every kind against the inferior whether it be mineral animal or vegtable. Extra Mundane Authority and Metaphysical Ideal are based on the concept of the Dyadic Authoritative Comparative which is a bipolar value system based the opposites of inferior nature and what is natural and the superior what is progressed, advanced civilized and refined. Thus indeginous people may be deprived of their land, made slaves and exterminated all in the name of the advancement of civilization.

Because Authoritarian governments are not based on true consent, as they represent the few as opposed to the the many, if they do not rule by force outright, they tend to rely on the use the Concept of Enemies, to which the common person must always be protected. The ruling classes in order to protect the masses from the enemies they have created levy taxes on them which they use to build force for protection and must always be at war or otherwise use the force against their own people. These enemies are imagined, created or real. Imagined enemies are created to divert the populace away from the true source of power and which to blame all ills. Actual enemies are created ..........to justify military expenditure, .................. Real enemies usually result from the pilfering of the ruling classes.

From the premise, that government is socialist in character, government assumes various forms which can be described in terms of a scale of either more or less government. Communinism would represent the most wherein the government is to own all property. Authoritarianism necessitates enough government to control the general population which may require excessive regulatory bodies. Socialism requires enough government to perform the requirements of the people as what is considered the common necessities. If Democracy is primarily capitalist economies, government is generally considered as to be kept to a minumum so as to not interfer with capitalist profits. Anarchy is primarily sentiment which actually works in theory only.



Government for the few has been the historical model. This is rule by the few for the few or the superior to rule over the inferior as elitism. These governments are Authoritarian because the few ruling the majority must be accomlished by force of arms and corruption, since consensus agreement cannot be had.

The nature and purposes of government are socialist. This means that government is able create and maintain services that are used in common, such as providing roads, bridges, water, power or fire and police protection, by the collective resources of the community at large in the form of taxes.

Socialist government theoretically is to provide, coordinate and manage that which most citizens need and have in common, such as water, sewage, police, fire, military, roadways, building and safety codes and laws of every type which are to benificial to the whole of the community.
