It is assumed that the mind cannot be trusted as a relay between heaven and earth. The mind has the capacity to believe what it wants regardless of any actual evidence or logical system. Therefore what is used as language is empirical happenstance called
Semiotic. Thus first a context is created as a question or statement, and a parallel happenstance is looked for in reality sight or sound, and that would be called Exoteric Change. Whether it is or just simply random doesn't matter, if something is learned.
Could Exoteric Change be used for personal power ? The individual is singular and a tiny minuscule entity in the vast universe. Power would be limited in scope to this singular self-centered consciousness.
