And walking down the street one sees four white cars parked in a row, or four white cats sitting on a fence, or four white wedding gowns in a window. Four white parked cars in a row on a random street I've only ever seen once, and there are four white cars on my street. Four white cats on a fence, I've never seen in my life. So these events would be candidates for Euphoric intercession. It is by the rarity of such circumstance

Semiotic Language
The Interpretation of occurrence, circumstance, situations and events, as communication from some form of
other-dimensional agency, which can be evident to the senses of the individual in any place, location or time is called
Semiotic Language.
Spiritual Substantiation is the qualified confirmation, as some degree of confidence that spiritual agencies exist, and can be manifest as what happens in any given present circumstance. The acceptance of such phenomenon is called
Enigmatic Belief, wherein if the belief if true or false is defined as irrelevant to the experience derived from believing called Learning Illusions.
Empirical philosophy, as other-than abstract book-written concepts, is wherein one experiences concepts in reality as they happen. This is brick and mortar, flesh and blood and to a degree some Consequence, which may involve the individual and give it some added weight. He didn't understand death until he was almost killed. One questions carefully.
Events synchronistic to questions, may have happened anyway, but without the Context of the question precedent, it would have gone unattended. Actuality of Euphoric intervention or intercession ultimately doesn't matter, in that the learning derived would be worth the candle.
