Time is the most valuable aspect. Time is what one has in singular existence. Steal one's time. Intellegence is the ability of creating alternative scenarios to Condition, as the Given Existence or Positive Dimension. Intellegence requires an independent state called the Negatiive Dimension or a Replica State, as the ability to propose, create, envision or conceive alternatives constructs, which are projections in the future or the concept of future proper. The past and future are facilitations resulting from the utilization of the Negative Dimension or memory. The concept of time is past and future based on systematic external Conditions. ........ Time is a phenonom of the Negative Dimension The future is change that will occur. If elements of the Positive Dimension are consistent in repetitive change, and if the Negative Dimension is an accurate representation of consistent repetitive change, then the future can be predicted. The future is conditions of things that will happen. In the case of cyclical change the future is the same as the past endlessly. The future can be projected and changed by the manipulation of Associations in the Negative Dimension, as one envisions a house on land vacant for at least thousands of years and has it built. All determination is based on assumptions of the future. No decision in present could be made without expectations of future outcome. These projections are made in the Negative Dimension through the use of Association as projections of the physical continuity of the Positive Dimension. Generally the projections are correct because the Positive and Negative Dimensions are consistent in behavior as one expects one's car to start in the morning and it almost always does. [sp]

xxxxxxxx If the Positive Dimension is the present moment and the Negative Dimension is the past, the Metaphysical is considered the dimension of the future. A future dimension is speculated to exist independent of the Positive and Negative called the Metaphysical Dimension. Normally this dimension is thought of as life after death, spirit-world or heaven/hell. For all those alive in present-time, the Metaphysical Dimension is considered as the future, or life after death. For those who consider the two dimensions as the spiritual and material worlds existing simultaneously and contemporaneously, the spiritual world is usually credited with the capability of controlling the future. xxxxxx Every individual controls the future in every instance by projecting the future and acting in present based on those projections. One projects mostly unconsciously and consciously that the same conditions as present will continue, and if it is projected that they will change, like a storm on the way requiring action, then action will be taken in present like closing all the windows. Future projection is most often based on what one already knows by past experience. [sp]

xxxxxxxxxx Future Projection can be based on unknown or uncertain outcome, as when one starts a new business. One invests in the present for a different future state based on some objective, such as where the projection is to produce such as fame, money, property or status. For instance one may invest money to rent a store front and equip it with a means to make money in future. The success of the business is anything but certain. A woman goes to school to become a nurse, perhaps without having any idea what nursing is really like, and its not what she thought. The more one already knows to begin probably the more successful one will be, but the less one will learn. [sp]

xxxxxxxxxx Most decisions one makes will not have a long lasting impact such as any ordinary decisions one might make during a typical day. In certain instances a wrong decision, such as when driving and creating an accident can be life changing. Decisions in present can affect one's whole future life, like a marriage, deciding on a specific education, or taking a specific job. These are called Acute Decisions and are those that will change one's future. If one can only speculate on the future and this speculation is based on what one knows and is aware, how does one make the proper decision especially concerning Acute Decisions? xxxxxxxxxxxx The future for individuals cannot be predicted with certainty. This uncertainty of future projection is the inability to predict with certainty specific future states. This absence of certainty could be said to be the origin of religion, spirituality and especially superstition. One thinks and acts in present in proscribed ways so as to influence the future, such as a good luck charm, don't walk under ladders, pray for rain, or believe in Christ or you will go to hell. All supernatural power is generally assumed to be capable of influencing the future and is its primary purpose. The primary goal of most people is to protect one's future and this can take both physical and non-physical means. One may insure a certain kind of education and another might go to church regularly. xxxxxxxxxxxxx Controlling the future is or should be the primary concern of any individual and perhaps is, however most of this anticipation is unconscious. A conscious concern might be a very worrisome ordeal. And probably most people would prefer not to possess a knowledge of the future for fear it might be bad. The primary means of controlling the future is the control of the present. One is careful in what one does, prepares for emergencies, gets an education as a means to future success, eats the right foods for an anticipated lifespan into old age. [sp]

xxxxxxxxxx Control of the future is commonly called Conservative and Progressive. If one's present is considered good enough or optimum, then the emphasis is on the effort to preserve conditions as they are. The future should remain as the way things are now, as what is known in the present and is empirical. If one's present conditions are less than desirable, then change and a new kind of future may be sought. This change is first a condition of mind as conception of how things should be. One works in present to produce alternative to what already is. One builds a house in present for shelter in future. [sp]

xxxxxxxxxxxx For the intelligent mind, change that can be envisioned is derived from what can be imagined and not from what cannot. If the individual seeks knowledge or a different consciousness, of which cannot be imagined, then the future containing same cannot be imagined and envisionment cannot occur. New knowledge can only come about in the future. Thus control of the future is the control of new knowledge, and it can only controlled in present to a limited degree, as one is actively looking for something new, but does not know what it is. xxxxxxxxxxx The premise here is that there is a third dimension called the Metaphysical, the time frame of which is the future. If life is seen as a journey, there is a body as a ship in the present, a captain as the thinker which uses information obtained in the past, and a navigator, the job of which is to ascertain and control the future, for instance as some form of destination. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The Positive Dimension is what can be known, what is known and perhaps what all-knowing is, as cyclical behavior which unendingly repeats itself as continuously automatic and autogenic. Cyclic behavior is knowable as constant reoccurrence. For intelligence to exist, as decision-making and determination, learning through trial and error, experimentation, there must be what is unknown, or what is called the Absent Determinant, otherwise decision, will or choice would be automatic based on pre-existent known outcome. Hardly anyone plays 'Russian roulette', unless suicide is of no concern because the outcome is known, and there is only but one outcome ultimately. If the Positive Dimension is cyclic predictable and the Negative Dimension is a replica of that, although not necessarily accurate, the unknown or the Absent Determinant would be said to be the province of the Metaphysical Dimension or future. If control of the future through use of mind or Thinking-I as future projection is to repeat the past, because it is based on what one knows from the past, the concept premised here is that future determination may be influenced from the Metaphysical Dimension. The most commonly known and experienced manifestation of this is called Synchronicity. This means thought or word precedes some physical event in reality, immediately or within some limited period of time, such that they seem to correlate, and wherein thought or word seems to mandate actual physical events by coincidence. If this phenomenon continues with the frequency, such as multiple daily experience, it may be concluded as outside the realm of coincidence. [sp]

The synchronistic phenomenon may be ascribed by psychiatry as schizophrenia and drugs proscribed. Religion might call it inspiration. Spirituality generally regards it as spiritual manifestation. Another theory is clairvoyance. In this instance future seeing is said to be unconscious, such that the ability is unknown to the conscious mind. Thus unconscious clairvoyance of the future inspires the conscious mind, so that it may seem that the mind producing thought and word can control matter, circumstance and events, because by predicting the future it may appear that one makes it happen. Or there is the possibility that correlations are produced from the spiritual world, which is most often thought of as wizardry, magic or sorcery, where an indiviudal believes or is said to affect circumstance and events in the world through powers of the self and or the command of spirits.

The Cognizance Theory would postulate three dimensions as past present and future. These are called the Negative (past memory) the Positive (present) and Metaphysical (future), which are called Interpenetrate or existing simultaneously within each other. Determination is the operating principles that determine the future. One casts an astral net out front which affects as ............ One will enter a town in future. The town is there. One sends scouts into the town ahead of oneself to check it out One sends agents into the town to affect certain.......... The town exists in the present But the town is one's future........ The posit here is that there exists a non-physical Second Self also called Body Double, or Psychesoma. The physical self called Somatic Being, compared with the Psychesoma is said to consist in limited and infinite duration. Infinite duration would be ........ INFINITE DURATION Principle that Cognizance needs both infinite and temp existence ....... is of limited duration This means a physical self we all know and love and a future self as life after death called Extended Existence. If Extended Existence is eternal or at least of infinite duration there would be no time. For the physical incarnation the Second Self would be a future eventuality. The Second Self would represent the purpose of the physical self. and the physical self would represent the purpose of the Second Self. The Second Self would not become apparent to the Aware and Thinking I until afterlife as a culmination of the present in future. what it wants to accomplish as results and products in the future In the physical world one has a limited amount of time. How should one utilize this time? The control of one's time depends upon the assessment of what it is and what it is worth. This is especially difficult in a world of the Absent Determinant, where one is born without history, without limited time, and with ...........in a vast universe. This means all evaluation or Context for Interpretation is open to free personal interpretation. However every individual is indocrinated into contexts of which most people cannot ever remove themselves.

The premise here is 2 worlds in one. The earth existence context free for those that can get beyond. Heaven some particular context to pursue. ............... Some kind of spiritual control........... The future is a summation of the past or how one has used one's present. Or how one uses one's present culminates in the future. The use of time and how to use it or how to spend it. The results in the future .......... Thus thought, word or symbolic action that produces physical changes in the world independent of physical ........by the individual. Then what is referred to here is the future is changed by an external non-material entity, or the individual changes the future by non-material means.
