TERRITORIES:

Since the individual is entrusted with such large responsibilities of power, and since the individual can only be in one place at one time, and knows so little about other regions of the world, the concept occurs that there are other power centers and other persons with similar capacities representing various regions, as may be divided by varying scenarios based on such things race, religion, nationality, politics or cultural affinities. Generally countries may have two centers, one political and the seat of government, and another as a cultural center, magnate for arts and crafts, liberalism and political experimentation and non-material power center. Territories are also related to the location of power centers.

SECRECY:

Because of paranoia, as the concept of enemies, the individual may realize that it is safer to keep one's new found condition a secret, not that anyone would believe it anyway. This is also necessary to protect the condition of Enigmatic Belief and the integrity of the Learning Illusions that stem from it. This is in apparent contradiction to the necessity of fame. One must reconcile the condition of being famous and anonymous at the same time. The condition of secrecy has its dangers, in that the individual lives with a perspective of reality in isolation from the reality of others, and thus may become lost in a subjective maze. The idea here is to continue living a normal interactive life.

COMMUNICATION:

Because of the secrecy necessary to this state, the individual needs a means of communication for the various edicts one must dictate to both those one knows and those one does not as a requirement of power. Various means of symbolic communication may be devised of which one's wishes are manifest.
