The rich have the most Volition and the poor have the least. It is called Cans and Can'ts. So what democracy ? Democracy is said to be an equality of one person one vote therefore people are all equal. However Democracy doesn't say one person one loaf of bread, one person one steak, one person one house and one car. One can vote for people who will make decisions about how one's taxes are spent, but it is not going to increase one's Volition except via new roads or general improvements made. There is not even one person one job. What you have is
Economacy, which is a system of government in which elected representation of the individual is based upon economic status. Money is the agent of all social and political relations. Nearly all volitional abilities, as what the individual is actually capable of, is based on money, rank and status that money, property and possession provides.
People who lie have more Volition. They can say anything.
Western-world corporate media lie about everything. They don't know what truth is. Imagine the volitional power to say anything. Of course the down-side is - no one will believe one after awhile. However the media doesn't care as long as people will pay to view or hear their colored glasses lies. This power of corporate media, by hiding the Evil of corporations and corporate governments, allow these governments greater Volition, which is to commit ever more evil no one else is allowed. Evil is possessed of greater Volition, which is of course why a lot of people don't like the law. Less law more Volition.
