So it was Monday noon and I was about to head south again. The weather was good the day before and perfect the following night. It was awful the night before. But it can't rain everyday.

I stayed in Stockholm for only three days. The camping in Sweden was free for me since I had no car and no tent. I left on Monday. I do not know the date. I travelled to Sodertalje and to Norrkoping by way of Nykoping. I then went over west and south thru Mjolby and Branna to Jonkoping and thru Varnamo, Markaryd, to Helsingborg. I took the ferry to Helsingor and then went straight along the coast to Copenhagen. The trip took a day and one half. Southern Sweden is mostly farmland and very dull. The weather was good. Ran into a couple, I think it may have been at a roadway rest-stop, who were non-Mormons from Utah. They were adamant in warning me against the Mormons, who they said: "were out to take over the world".

It was the 'take over the world' concept. Seemed it was a game some people liked to play and for real. Steeped in celluloid history of the world wars, I was then where much of it took place. I had passed through miles on endless nothing but gridded gray tombstone marked graves, on both sides of the road, un-ornate and white on green, a sort of a score card. Horses, guns, uniforms, wheels, turrets, armor, swords, shields, bows and arrows. They was always fight'n. It was land always land, because what else is there to fight for ? I own the land. I am the land.
