The True Conservative is educated which means that the individual is versed with the truth in all its aspects.
The pre-existent state is the truth. Thus the state of
nature and its dynamics is the truth. On the other hand
for the Progressive, truth should conform to authority
which proceeds and to which evidence should conform termed
Authority Reasoning. This authority as ideal may be exterior to
the true condition on the ground such as the homeless problem contradicts the pronunciations of the politicians and the media. For the TC education is based as much if not more on true experience as the abstract knowledge of books, films and instruction. Abstract knowledge can give one a broad diversification of learning not possible in one's personal experience. But only by personal and objective experience can
knowledge be tested for validity, which assumes that things like qualities of human nature are universal. Thus it may be assumed that a character out of a Tolstoy novel can be observed in a present reality, if a given individual shares the same
set of fundamental circumstances. Because natural and social, cultural political circumstance affects one's life
intellectually, emotionally and psychologically, the TC
becomes versed in the dynamics of these circumstance as
an honest understanding of a sought after true reality.
The TC understands that children will accept the premises of adults without necessarily question, based upon emotional criterion as opposed to independent reasoning, which they may or may not possess a capacity. The TC does not indoctrinate as unfair advantage of the strong over the weak. The TC teaches
by the expression of the various viewpoints, even though children prefer a simple black and white explanation.
The True Conservative may be Ethical
as distinct from Moral. Ethics in general
is described here as an attitude wherein the pre-existent state is considered of greater consequence than alternatives to it, even though loyalty to this state may not necessarily be of benefit. Prohibitions are practiced wherever applicable. Progressive Morality is a system where there exists no absolute prohibitions, but where instead there are rules and exceptions for every case, thus allowing for the greatest possible volitional capacities. Anything may be used as resource to create economic or other means, excepting certain illegal exploitations like the exploitation of people or specific public lands and wildlife, although even this is often disregarded.
