A Whole
is said to be Conservative, which means, to maintain an environment, as best suited for all it's Parts, as an ever-same or similar condition. The earth's oceans have sustained a same or similar environment, for whales and all such aquatic life, for longer than forty million years. The economic means by which this condition is preserved is called Necessity and Subsistence.
represents the economic law of the Given Existence, applicable to every known living entity, accepting the human species, wherein the results and products of activity and behavior, are equivalent to the energy expended, as necessary to the preservation and maintenance, of any given pre-existent or present state, and standard of living or life style, in identical or near like form. Necessity and Subsistence means, that the economic results and products of the activity of living, are restricted to the replacement of energy consumed, and the continuation of the pre-existent economic condition and standard of living, in a same or similar state. In terms of the human economics, Necessity and Subsistence is represented by the hunter/gatherer model and the Native North Americans, until the advent of the Excess and Profit Europeans.
The Whole is Pre-existent States, in which Parts make changes as Agents of Change, which is to produce Products. A Whole is said to be that circumscribed domain in which Parts, produce products external to themselves, but internal to the Whole. Parts in a factory as machines, produce products external to themselves, such as batteries for external sale, but wherein the factory itself and all it contains, internally is a Whole. A machine is a Whole in itself consisting of any number of Parts, which can exist without producing Products, but when it does, it is a Part of a production process.
means all the Parts accord, with the Unified Function of the Whole, whatever that or those Products are, that by the Whole are produced, and which means Conservative, in preservation and continuance of all its functions, as the Parts and the Whole itself, in a same or similar manner. Equivalency would mean, all the Parts of the Whole, are equivalent in their necessity, to the make-up and dynamic of any given Whole.
are Social Contracts wherein the terms of the agreement are so comprised, that every party to the Accord can willingly agree to them. Agreements based upon terms and contracts, wherein the terms of the compact are so comprised that they are obvious to all members of the Accord, and that every member can willingly and readily agree and consent. Volitional Agreements are Social Contracts created and constructed, so as best benefit the community as a whole, and are considered here the province of Government.
