While Monotheism is inherently fascist, Government that is for the All is not. Government that is for the few is. All government is Socialist accept when Capitalists come to control it, or fanatic idealists in the form of Communism.

Government's power comes from the facility to collect revenue as taxes. God's Government does the same but taxation is voluntary called the collection plate. With the facility to collect taxes their can be raised police and armies. Dictatorship is when military Authority assumes control of Government either in the interests of the Capitalists called Right-wing or the Socialists called Left-wing. Fascists for the few can only justify themselves by superiority, and thus must rely on Authority Reasoning. Government for the all called socialist Democracy must rely on Foundation Reasoning to apply the correct formulas for successful government.

Perhaps another authoritative institution is educational Authority, since education is said to conceive and mold the individual. And of course fascists would want to control the educational systems of their domain. Fascism means to control the minds of the general population and this would be done thru education and thru communications such as print, journalism, broadcast and internet media. Monotheism would of course wish to enforce religious education based on the dualism of heaven and hell. Capitalism would glorify the so-called free market, the awesomeness of the rich and the dualism of capitalism versus evil socialism. Socialism would-wish education pertaining to government, which is defined as inherently socialist as shared community investment as what the Whole can do for the Part. A proper education would educate of a perspective outside the dualities, as strengths and weaknesses of each side of the coin.

But primarily fascism is a matter of economics, the rich protecting their gold with guns and especially rich corporate death-cult capitalists, simply stealing whatever wherever it is not nailed down.
