Thus there is the situation of guilty until proven innocent without even the knowledge of the crime. On the other hand those born to higher circumstance are deemed to be entitled to such advantage by birthright and thus a rigid class structure is insured.
In terms of
Conservative Spirituality, or any spiritual philosophy that considers all the diverse elements of the universe to consist in a single, unified eternally regenerating organism, the concept of reincarnation might seem a logical hypothesis. Individual elements live and die and are regenerated or reincarnated into the same or different entities. The common conception of reincarnation is that of a Progressive system. This means that entities are said to possess the possibility to continually be reincarnated into higher orders (greater complication, greater intelligence, greater Consciousness). This evolution
for humans is said to be conditional, or conditioned upon the behavior and conduct of the individual as Karma. Good Karma would promote the elevation of the individual to higher planes of being. These could be higher social strata in future lives, or higher spiritual planes such as higher planetary beings or spirits to even more universal forms such as galactic soul. Bad Karma may cause a demotion of individuals to lower social circumstance or to
non-human forms. How non-volitional entities such as plants and animals would accomplish conditional conduct or good Karma is unclear.
The goal of this ultimate progressive evolution , as has been said before, is to transcend the karmic cycle. However a state of non-reincarnation would be a non-progressive state with no further need for the development of the karmic soul.
