If allegory was an aspect of the any given instance, it was relevant because it was there, and may or may-not affect any or all elements of any-given happen-stance. I could try at least for awhile, to apply everything to everything. May have invented this-all myself, or learned it from Sherlock Holmes. Hard to say.
So it turned out my girl friend from Spain Allison could not put me up. She could but her room was so small that it would have been quite difficult, but she could. So I stayed in London only one day. She took Monday off of work to show me around. We had a good time. I distinctly remember Allison saying something about the landlady not allowing overnight guests. Then it seems I remember possibly a boyfriend, and of course she had friends, and how would it all look my staying there. My plan was to go north, up through Scotland and then over to Ireland, and around and back to London. So I probably thought it best to just be going.
I had experimented with this trip in DC, when I had that BSA motorcycle completely unknowingly. That was what I was going to do - travel Europe on a motorcycle. But I didn't know then that I was even going to Europe. The scooter probably the better by chance. Philosophically I was doing the analysis that I started back in Illinois. I used the army as a study of the mind. That is the context that I created for it, and that is the way I tried to experience it. This is my mind operating and I am inside mind. About the mid-time of my DC stay, I decided that the answer was not in the mind.
