When changed states are generally preferred to pre-existent or
-Is-As, it is termed Progressive. In general, for the Conservative, the pre-existent or antecedent state
also called As-Is, possesses consequence in and of itself. For the Progressive, a natural, undeveloped or antiquated state needs change, as development and usefulness to give it consequence or Is-As something else.
DETERMINATION:
Determination represents the evaluation of any state, condition or entity in terms of a definition which would indicate what it is, how it should be treated, what or what not it can be used for, and whether or not it can be transformed or destroyed. Determination represents Authority for human activity, behavior and conduct based upon the reason, purpose, meaning, value and consequence of any given phenomenon, entity or event.
ABSENT DETERMINANT:
The absence of any known and certain authority which authorizes, determines, mandates and certifies what the absolute nature and dynamic of reality should be, and which represents a standard and model to which human activity, behavior and conduct should correspond and conform. Also the Absent Comparative or the absence of any Comparative Authority as a model and standard to which any or all elements of the Given Existence can be compared for determinative evaluation. The concept of God is used as a Comparative Authority and also substitutes for the Absent Determinant.

COMPARATIVE DETERMINANT:
The Comparative Determinant is the comparison of
pre-existent states compared to tandem states changed, in which the value of the pre-existent state is either: greater and prohibits or limits, or is lesser and allows or promotes, transformation or destruction for alternative qualities & conditions. This determination
is then called the Consequence of Being.
