The value and consequence of the qualities & conditions of any given phenomenon, entity or event as a pre-existent state, are determined by comparison to the results & products of a future state, which may replace and require the transformation or destruction
of the pre-existent state or condition.
Finite Determination is the designation of affects or the creation of results and products as changed states or objectives, which explains the reason, purpose, value and consequence, of any state or entity and which explains the activity and behavior of change. Thus the results and products of barge traffic, fishing grounds, or a hydro-dam as a source of electricity, explains the the reason, purpose and meaning ot the river. Specific affects or objectives, and results and products may justify the transformation or destruction of pre-existent states, and the activity and behavior necessary to produce, alternative qualities & conditions to the tandem states changed.
