Capitalism is Progressive and destructive as diabolical,
of the old or the natural, as anything or anybody that gets in its way, while Socialism will preserve the existing given. Perhaps the reason Europe is Socialist is that there is thousands of years of history in its towns and cities, and they are not going to let capitalists tear it all down and build anew for profit of the minuscule.
Capitalism has its ideology. The primary principles are Progressive as Monotheism,
Patriarchy,
Evolution, the
Big-Bang, and of course we must have apocalyptic Dark Matter, which eats the universe inside out. So it doesn't matter anyway what we do. Physics has no morality.
Monotheism posits that there is no primordial Consequence, but only of the Progressive God, the center of all goodness, in an all consuming evil universe. As money concentrates in fewer and fewer hands, so does goodness and rectitude, until there is only one corporation, one king, one God, the likeness to which everyone is to aspire, and in which earthly existence is mere material, the clay of God's work, to be exploited for a higher calling.
Patriarchy is rule by men, and by their Identity orientation as the accomplishment of objectives, are more progressive than women and more destructive and capitalistic. Women are more Conservative, preservative and far less destructive. One doesn't see woman's armies ravaging the planet with war after unending war.
Evolution of course is a Progressive system. Never mind that no evidence has ever been presented, like Russia's Putin fixed the US elections, no - I believe still it has not been shown, that one species evolved and jumped, changed into another species.
