Most modern political, religious, social and cultural institutions of today are based upon progressive principles which are hierarchal in their structure in terms of what is less and more developed. Scales of development determine the worth of all entities and decides what can and cannot be used for material to produce human necessities and superfluities; who gets what and how much; and underlies and justifies the progressive scales of social worth and the domination of elitist classes. The belief in the progressive superiority of humankind as compared to the rest of nature, by its advanced, elite and superior status, entitles itself to dominate every aspect of the natural world in which it can find the means. These beliefs also provide Finite Context, which
is the progressive accumulation of material assets, that gives reason and meaning to human existence.
As opposed to the theory of progressive evolution in which life evolves to higher orders culminating thus far in the human creation, in actuality the biological scheme must be based more upon the orbital relation of the earth to the sun. By the concept as a theory of what is termed here
Orbital Correlation, conditions on the planet are based upon the relationship of the earth's orbit around the sun, which is primarily temperature related assuming that all other ingredients necessary to life are already present. The planet needs an optimum orbit in which it is not so close and thus to hot, or to far and cold. If the orbit is not perfectly circular then its elliptical parameters must be such
that temperatures are restricted to specific highs and lows which cannot exceed what living things can tolerate.
The biological construct of living organisms must accord the the prevailing environmental conditions, which are primarily in the first instance, related to the planetary orbit .
