The planetary environment, to the extent it is necessary for it to remain absolutely stable, to insure the survival of all living elements, must be populated by organisms which contain a biological structure which is both de and non-evolving and fairly stable.
For any real and true progressive development to have validity, an organism must progressively develop out of correspondence with its environment. It then must also change and develop its environment as well. Change of an environment which is composed of millions of separate non-progressive categories of elements, which is changed only to the progressive advantage of one of these elements, is an impossible proposition.
