Free Mind depends on the freedom from what doesn't really matter. A prioritization is necessary, as to decide what is important and what is not. The mind should not be occupied and distracted by what does not matter. Thus a prioritization is necessary to determine what one will think about and what one will not waste one's time.

VEHICLE OF PERCEPTION

Plane of Distinction [Cognizant Triad]
Vehicle by which perception is achieved in any Dimensionality, as any sensory capability, such as the Human Sensory Apparatus or any other non-human perceptive vehicle, on the physical or other Dimensionality. The Aware-I is an aspect of the Cognizant Triad, which is considered as separate and independent from any Vehicle of Perception of any Dimensionality, as Extended Existence.

VERTICAL EVALUATION

Dyadic Authoritative Comparative Tandem w/ Horizontal Evaluation
Vertical Evaluation is defined as the evaluative system of the Part, wherein the primary functiom is to produce affects and products external to itself. Where the Part is added from Negative Whole. Negative Base Psychology.........Comparative Base ... called Whole/Part something......... External Authority...... Identity Negative Base Psychology The evaluative system of Progressive Materialism based on lower as inferior and higher as superior. The individual would think in the context of Progressive duality, and compare themselves to others as inferior/superior, up and down, better/worse, higher and lower, in terms of discriminatory evaluation, as described by the concept of the Dyadic Authoritative Comparative. Vertical Evaluation is a numerical system wherein anything natural would be represented as zero and the highest degrees of development represented by ten. Evaluation is by comparison as same or some degree between. Vertical Evaluation represents External Authority represented by the concept of the Part.

VICARIOUS IDENTITY

[Metaphysical Psychology]
Vicarious Identities are those outside the individual, that one does not actually adopt and act out, but that one may relate and emulate. Such Identities are such as hero figures, fictional characters or culture and film stars. These Identities would be used to describe religious and spiritual personifications, that are used as Interpretive Context, to explain unusual qualities, conditions or behavior in general.

VOID

Chaos, Psychic Intelligence
The Void is a term found in eastern spiritual and relgious traditions, used in different ways and perhaps never explained. The Void as used here means emptiness, not necessarily in the physical sense of space or perhaps that also, but rather in matters of mind. The Void is paired with Chaos and is akin to an emptiness of mind, out of which springs such as intuition, inspiration, muse, spontaneous action or clairvoyance. Included here would be what is termed Psychic Intelligence, which would be the mental ability of timing one's mental wishes with physical reality in future, like the ability to quickly find a parking spot or be in the right place at the right time, as through communication devices or real-time physicality.
