For those who would use or be entitled to use Authorized Metempiric Power, perhaps a rational for a specific kind of dynamic can be offered. The use of Authorized Metempiric Power could be described as personal or as agent
for others. The individual using Authorized Metempiric Power never does so without a reason. The uses of Authorized Metempiric Power may be for reasons such as preventing negative things from occurring, healing, controling one's
environment or sometimes intervening in implacable problems. Another use may be the enforcement of justice, or attempting to effect the natural law of 'nothing harmed except by necessity', as compensation for the unsolicited infringement upon the quality of an individual's life or an entities existence, by one or more antagonists. If antagonists affect people or entities in a negative way, they are taking something away, such as peace of mind, personal property, physical health and well-being or natural existence, as in the case of the exploitation of
the environmental. When this is done inadvertently, ignorantly, without malice, accidentally or for reasons beyond control, there may be mitigating circumstance. However when it is done for the benefit of antagonists, and especially with full awareness, that it is at the expense of those antagonized, in such cases redress as justice may be justified. This means that antagonists take something from the victim and thus they become in debt and owe the victim what they have taken, including all the affects over time of such opportunism. Thus the person possessing Authorized Metempiric Power may be justified in seeking justice.
Persons with the ability of Metempiric Power should never intentionally infringe
upon the quality of others experience. This is for ethical reasons, and wherein there should be no hypocrisy and conflict of interest when one seeks remedies
from antagonists. Those seeking justice for personal grievances should first seek civil remedies such as personal contact, to determine ignorance or arrogance, make use of the authorities, and the courts relative to the individual circumstance and ramifications that may be involved, to include time and energy expended. For those acting in an emissary capacity for others, and entities other than the self
at a distance, a degree of judgment is required and an understanding of circumstances in the abstract. There is no doubt that the antagonist owes to the victim something that is taken. The only question is what the compensation and penalties should be.
