The present world and existence, in this case is then an end in itself, and the spiritual person lives a Conservative life style which accords as much as possible to the Natural Law of the Given Existence. The nature and dynamic of this entity is defined as Conservative. This means that all natural change as creation, growth, transformation and destruction serves to preserve the overall condition of the planetary whole, as stable state which insures the continued existence of the whole for the greatest time continuum possible. The natural world by the nature of its dynamics, is not considered to be progressive. Progression is said to only be found in human endeavors. The dynamic of this progression is defined as Excess and Profit. The spiritual individual being a complete and substantiated person, equivalent to the value and consequence of the whole of the universe, and does not need the accumulation of Excess and Profit of material assets, property and personality, to give meaning and make life worthwhile. The individual never feeling and believing that they are nothing, or less than others or the planetary existence, does not need to distinguish themselves as greater than others or nature itself.

For Conservative or non-progressive people, or what is usually called the ordinary individual, indigenous peoples, peasant or lower classes, masses or proletariat, there has been continuous uprisings for thousands of years against hierarchal, patriarchal, progressive materialist cultures or the most progressed as the upper and ruling classes, most of which have been unsuccessful. Even when these uprisings overturn the existing order, the new rulers are or become equally as progressive and elitist as the former. It has not been till the last few centuries, with the advent of Socialism and Communism, that forms of government based more on a Conservative model have come into existence. In brief this means that economic, social and cultural conditions of the whole of the populace, are considered more important and are more accessible to the greater population as a whole, than the progressive ascendancy of a minority and its elite institutions, no matter how democratic that system of ascendancy may be, in terms of a theoretical equality of opportunity. However because of the natural accumulation of power that corresponds to the progressive perspective, any progressive system and the government that regulates it, will have the tendency to be dominated by progressives, as the continuation of Historical Materialism.
