Arguments, evidence and presentation may be selected specifically so as to promote Established perspectives. This tactic may also be
used by representatives of alternative views.
-
Establishment perspectives may be advanced without Alternative views being presented, while Alternatives may always be countered
with those of the Establishment.
-
Alternative perspectives may be permitted which vary only slightly from Established, or which to the other extreme are completely exaggerated or difficult to understand. In terms of personal interviews this may be accomplished by the selection of individuals.
-
Established perspectives may be allowed a distinct advantage in terms of time of presentation.
-
The of focus of Alternative message may be always diverted to the discussion of personalities, such that the perspectives of
which the personality represents, are never discussed. This personality
may be slandered as the subject of gossip and unconfirmed rumors, may be given negative motives, or may be demonized. Non-leaders of alternative movements may be portrayed as merely victims of leadership, wherein the focus of presentation may never mention alternative content. Of course non-leader followers may never be actually interviewed in person and if so, selections may be made which best suits the Operating Agency.
-
Certain nomenclature as terms used for or contained in Alternative perspectives, may never be used and if they are, the nomenclature
may be changed, such as government sponsored in place of socialism,
or benevolent leader in place of dictator.
